To those who visit us

Many people come to this site looking for peace.
We live in a evil world, full of dangers, wickedness, plagues, crimes, calamities and everything else that intimidates, scares and undermines our faith.
For this reason we have decided to write a message, as always do, based on the Word of God, which would reveal to all, especially those who are facing problems and difficulties, that God is the only one who can guarantee us the peace, security and joy of living, even in the midst of the turmoil of the present time.

1) Matthew 11:

28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Jesus came to bring us salvation, cure, blessings, freedom for all who accept Him as Lord and Savior. Those who truly love Him, acknowledging Him as the Messiah The Son of God, who was to come into the world according to the predictions of the prophets, and who laid down his life for us on the cross.
On the same subject, we read starting in verse 2:
2 When John heard in prison what Christ was doing, he sent his disciples
3 to ask him, "Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else?"
4 Jesus replied, "Go back and report to John what you hear and see:
5 The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is preached to the poor.
6 Blessed is the man who does not fall away on account of me."

2) Matthew 21:

22"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Lord of lords, the King of kings is the one who makes this statement.

3) John 10:

10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Jesus promises us abundant life, if we believe his words and practice them.

4) 1 Thessalonians 5

8 But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.
9 For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Paul, inspired by God, wrote it in his letter to the Thessalonians and we have anything else to add to this text.

5) John 14:

14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
15 "If you love me, you will obey what I command.
16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever
17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.
20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.
21 Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him."

The Holy Spirit of God lives in us since the moment we accept Jesus as our Savior and if God lives inside us, who or what can we possibly fear?

This makes me think about what Paul wrote to the Romans in the chapter 8:
31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.
34 Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died - more than that, who was raised to life - is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
36 As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,
39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

6) John 14:

27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

This statement puts an end to any speculation that our weak faith or the enemy of our souls may bring to our minds.

May the Lord bless and keep us safe and secure,

Finding Peace With God.
